Interpretation of first version of“incontinence care practice guidelines”and its nursing enlightenment

Abstract：Incontinence is tortures a larger population globally.And the development of the incontinence care lacked the support of evidence based guideline especially in China.The purpose of this article aimed to discuss the main points of the guideline,including the introduction,nursing framework,core elements and management of incontinence for enlightenment of the current clinical incontinence care.
