A Psychological Counseling Model Based on a Multi-Head Attention Network

Abstract:This paper proposes a psychological counseling model based on a multi-head attention network. The objective of this model is to address the incongruity between the paucity of psychological teachers in universities and the mounting demand for psychological counseling among university students, thereby enhancing the efficacy of psychological education in universities. The model first constructs a multi-layer attention network in order to capture semantic features and dependency relationships in dialogue texts.Subsequently,a response generation network based on a recurrent neural network(RNN)is developed to produce candidate responses from multi-semantic features.Consequently,an adaptive selection network has been constructed for the purpose of filtering and returning the most appropriate response to users. The experimental findings, derived from two substantial dialogue datasets, substantiate that the proposed model enhances the precision and reliability of counseling.
