A Case Analysis of Step-by-Step Restoration Technology for Urban Inland Waterways

Abstract：Based on the engineering experience of river water pollution causes and water pollution measures,a step-by-step restoration technology system integrating "reduction,purification and restoration" is proposed.A case study of the Y River water quality enhancement project demonstrates the technology's effectiveness.The water quality was systematically improved from below the national Class Ⅴ surface water standard to stable compliance with Class Ⅳ standards.This outcome is significant as it indicates a substantial enhancement in water quality and the establishment of a sustainable model for the recovery of urban aquatic ecosystems.
