Abstract:Focusing on the arch rib construction of the 170-meter Hongkou Bridge, this study examines the technological distinctions between single-truss lifting and integral lifting methodologies through numerical simulation and comparative cable tension analysis. The findings indicate that:the integral lifting method necessitates high-precision three-dimensional pre-assembly on land, thereby reducing high-altitude operation risks yet increasing load demands on the suspension system;the suspension cable system design must integrate composite factors including slack effects,wind-induced vibrations, uneven load distributions, and dynamic impacts, ensuring a safety factor above 2.5,In order to enhance safety margins;numerical simulations should incorporate environmental variables such as ambient temperature, wind velocity, and cable angle variations.
