Abstract:Hydroxyapatite(HA)has been demonstrated to possess favorable biocompatibility and bone conduction properties. However, its relatively low mechanical strength represents a significant limitation to its broader utilization. The composite of graphene oxide(GO)and chitosan(CS)with a distinctive porous structure exhibits exceptional mechanical properties. It is therefore evident that the composite is better able to meet the needs of the public, when combined with HA,GO and CS.In this paper, the composite hydrogel of CS/GO is prepared under the action of a crosslinking agent and used as a carrier and template to induce the crystallization of HA under the synergistic effect of coordination and electrostatic attraction. The structures and morphologies of the samples are characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),X-ray powder diffraction(XRD),and scanning electron microscopy(SEM),respectively. The findings illustrate that the incremental hydrolysis of disodium phosphocreatine to yield phosphate ions in a hydrothermal reaction system is more conducive to the formation of spherical HA/CS/GO.This method provides a viable approach for the synthesis of HA/phosphorus gel composites with biocompatibility, thus establishing a foundation for further research and exploration into their potential applications.
