Simulation and Deflector Design of Bag Filter for Flue Gas of Cement Kiln

Abstract：The commonly used dedusting technology in the cement industry is the bag filter,and the factors affecting the dedusting efficiency of the bag filter are the performance of the bag,the control of temperature,and the nature of the dust.Besides,the uniformity of the flow field also affects the dedusting efficiency.By designing the flow guide device to optimize the internal flow field of the bag filter,the computational fluid technology is used to numerically simulate and analyze the bag filter with different internal structures.The optimal scheme is compared to ensure the dedusting efficiency,so as to theoretically guide the design of the flue gas dedusting equipment.
