Development of Tour Guide Customer Service Robot Based on WeChat Platform

Abstract：In view of the scenic tour guide service,a tour guide customer service robot project based on WeChat platform is proposed,w hich can provide online tour guide consultation and rescue service for tour-ists.The system scheme and function structure for tour guide customer service is given,the WeChat cus-tomer service interaction interface is designed,furthermore,theWeChat application of tourist guide custom-er service robot is also developed.It is of great value to relieve the pressure of tour guide customer service during the peak season,improve the travelers experience and reduce the cost of customer service.
