Study On the Purification and Antioxidant Activity in Vitro of Polysaccharides in Fruiting Body of Gri f ola Frondosa(PGF) with Cation Exchange Resin HD-8

Abstract：Using removal rate of protein ,decolorization ratio ,and retention rate of polysaccharides as in‐dexes ,cation exchange resin HD‐8 was screened out with good purification effect .Optimal parameters of HD‐8 purification process were studied as follows :flow rate was 2 BV/h(1mL/min);sampling amount was 400 mL(protein content was 99 .2 mg);sample concentration was 0 .248 mg/mL(protein concentration in extracting solution);and the purity of polysaccharides was 62 .66% .Compared with other methods ,PGF purified by cation exchange resin HD‐8 can greatly improve the purity with cost‐saving ,high efficiency . And the antioxidant activity in vitro of polysaccharides was evaluated as well .
