On the Terminal Joint Distribution Model of Express Based on Community Distribution Points

Abstract：In order to solve the issue that the delivery service of the third party courier company and the self‐distribution system of electricity supplier cannot meet the requirements of consumers ,this paper ana‐lyzed the factors restricted the development of joint distribution model of community terminal express ,de‐fined its connotation and constructed its operational body and process as well as its collection and delivery system .It is crucial important on only in improving the operational efficiency and benefits of terminal dis‐tribution but also in promoting the information standardization ,operation regionalization ,and service cen‐tralization of express delivery .
