Abstract：Bearings are widely used in mechanical parts of rotating machinery and are easy to damage . T he defects of bearings can lead to equipment failure and damage ,and even develop into a catastrophic ac‐cident .In order to grasp the initiation process and occurring mechanism of bearing failure ,a bearing fatigue fault testing machine was produced and tested to provide a reference for bearing failure analysis and judg‐ment .
