Optimal Design of the Injection Mold Based on Plastic Advisor Analysis

Abstract：Taking the injection mold design of electric fan back shell as an example and Pro/E Plastic Advisor as a platform ,this paper proposed the optimal mold design thoughts by using mold flow analysis technology .The comprehensive analysis results showed that this optimal design method can be targeted to improve the designing scheme and avoid the blindness ,to upgrade the plastic molding and reduce the de‐fects ,to enhance the product efficiency and shorten the cycle .
