On the Quantitative Evaluation Methods of BOP Detail and Design Schedule in EPR Nuclear Power Plant

Abstract：According to the evaluation of engineering design schedule ,w hich is a difficulty during the nuclear power plant design management stage ,and combining with the BOP detail design schedule manage‐ment on the first phase of Guangdong Taishan nuclear power plant construction ,this paper analyzed and compared the weighted calculating method and expert interview method .Both evaluation methods which had been used in BOP detail design schedule management of EPR nuclear power plant and formed a specific operating process ,were the extension and expansion to the results‐oriented schedule management approach in the design of the finished document delivery .
