On the Characteristics of Double Wishbone Front Suspension Based on Rigid-flexible Coupling Model

Abstract：In this paper ,a MNF file was generated in ADAMS/Flex .Then this file was imported into ADAMS/Car to establish a rigid‐flexible coupling double wishbone suspension which was used to carry out a motion analysis .The results showed that the toe angle and wheel track did not reach the ideal situation , therefore some corresponding optimization programs were proposed in this paper for this case .In addition , through the comparative analysis of the impact of flexibility on suspension performance ,it can be found that rigid‐flexible coupling double wishbone suspension had a higher simulation accuracy compared to rigid o nes .
