The Finite Element Analysis on Boom Pin

Abstract：For arm connecting pin shaft fracture problem ,this paper obtained a pin shaft stress trans‐formation trend on the basis of the entity analysis of the contact nonlinear algorithm of boom pin through the transformation of oil inlet position with the help of SolidWorks simulation module .When the pin shaft oil port was located in the tensile stress zone ,the maximum oil export stress concentration reached its value of 619 MPa;when in the neutral layer ,the minimum oil export stress was 150 MPa .The comprehensive analysis showed that the most reasonable location was in the neutral layer .
