Abstract：Fluid dispensing process is in a controlled manner to achieve an accurate distribution of fluid and requires very good consistency of each cycle of the adhesive amount dispensed that is influenced by the vent structure parameters .This article establishes dynamic process modeling through the in-depth analysis of the micro-dispensing process and simulates the dispensed adhesive amount according to the change of the vent structure parameter with the help of the numerical simulation software of Fluent to obtain the influ-ence rules it makes on the change of the vent length and diameter in determining the best vent structure pa-rameters finally .
