Development of Teaching:The Core of the Development of University Teachers

Abstract：The ontological functions of universities ,the ontological purposes of university education , the ontological obligations of university teachers ,the ontological properties of the teaching profession ,and the ontological relationship between teachers and students all determine the core position of the"develop-ment of teaching"in the development of university teachers .To promote the development of teaching ,teach-ers have to integrate the content of the above-mentioned five ontological categories into their own develop-mental concept and put them into practice .
