On Promotion of Cultural Quality Education in Universities

Abstract：Cultural quality cultivation is a systematic project .Since the 1980s ,universities in China have been promoting large-scale practical activities of cultural quality education ,which have achieved great ac-complishment in lifting the cultural quality of both students and teachers .However ,some deep-seated prob-lems have also been exposed :contradiction of administrative power and academic power ;the intermingling and penetration of humanistic education and scientific education ;the contradiction of teachers'cultural qual-ity values and the course content .To learn about and solve these problems will certainly further push for-ward the development of cultural quality education in universities .
