Exploration of the Land-saving Scheme in the Countryside Construction of China：Taking Tongzhou District of Beijing as Example

Abstract：The low efficiency of rural construction land use and backward infrastructure construction in China's countryside has severely curbed the promotion of the rural residents'living standard and the urbani-zation process .Land reclamation may improve the farming conditions and promote the living environment of the rural people .With the adoption of landscape ecology theory and GIS space analysis technology ,this study sets up a set of land-saving evaluation criteria ,and puts them into macroscopic analyzing the land-saving situation of the villages in Tongzhou District of Beijing ,and microcosmically a preliminary land-sav-ing construction schemes of three sample villages are obtained .The conclusions are finally reached :for the villages near cities ,the best way is to integrate in the urbanization process ;for other villages ,key villages can be developed into central villages ,and villages in ecological preservation zones are more suitable for the construction of ecological and environmentally-friendly villages .
