On the Risk Control and Management of Re-guarantee

Abstract：Re-guarantee is a special kind of guarantee which is for the guarantee when he cannot meet the guarantee liability .But the risk management of re-guarantee is still an issue which deserves our consid-eration .This paper discusses the extent of liability and guaranty mode to prevent moral hazard ,the ampli-fication power to secure compensation ability ,the counter guarantee to reduce the loss .Through theoreti-cal deduction method and mathematical analysis ,the paper aims to enhance the risk management of re-guar-antee and to promote re-guarantee development in China .
