Supply Chain Risk Assessment Based on Improved Expected Shortfall
Abstract:Based on the existing literatures, this paper builds a model of risk conduction of supply chain, in which the risk factors in supply chain are measured through the use of improved expected short- fall method as well as expert decision, and the correlation degree between risks are calculated by adopting the gray correlation method, so as to confirm the controllability in the processes of risk conduction. Be- cause of the full consideration of the risk conduction, a dynamic feature in supply chain, the applicability and scientificity of the method has been improved. Finally, this paper makes a quantitative risk assessment from three levels of risk factors, joint enterprises and whole supply chain, and sets out the application of this model in supply chain risk assessment with the exemplification of a representative case, and verifies the correctness of the assessment method.
