Study on Determination Methods of Cadmium Content in Alcoholic Drink
Abstract：To establish the method for the determination of cadmium in white spirits by atomic absorp- tion spectrophotometry, the effects of matrix modifiers on absorbancy were studied. NH4 H2PO4 was cho- sen as the matrix modifier for determining cadmium and the effects of factors like its mass concentration, ashing temperature and atomizing temperature on absorbancy were studied. And the optimal determination conditions were determined by orthogonal experiment. The results show that this method is rapid, accu- rate. reliable, and pollution-free.
