Designing Conjugate Cam Shedding Mechanism Based on the Rapier Loom's Dynamic State
Abstract：The dynamic model of the conjugate cam shedding mechanism was established and the corre- sponding elastic vibration differential equation was formed. The differential equation was analyzed by using the matrix perturbation, and the shedding mechanism of looms was designed. Compared with traditional method, the new solution could reduce the vibration of the heald frame and the frequency of warp break by 65 percent with computing time decreased by 20 percent.
