Study of a Steel Ball Automatic Aligning Guide for Small Cylinder
Abstract：In the casting of small cylinder, due to low domestic casting technology, deformation will leads to cylinder bore eccentricity error. The article describes the domestic status quo, and develops a set of steel ball aligning guide for small cylinder. The aligning guide is advantageous in its accurate and reliable positioning and long life in harsh environment, wet or dry processing applications. As the problem of cylinder bore eccentricity for small cylinder casting is still not solved in China, this guide is worth promoting.
