Design of an Intelligent Network Video Monitoring System Based on WinCE
Abstract：With regard to the network camera which can only achieve Video Monitoring commonly seen on the market and the complex environment,this paper puts forward an improved algorithm of the moving target detection and tracking,and integrates into the camera,realizing PTZ control.With no interference,the system automatically analyzes and extracts the sensitive information.Once the moving target detected,it will alarm the monitoring officer in real-time.The system was built with the latest silverlight technology,realizing the alternation of the UI development and device development,thus the development speed of the device was greatly sped up.
