Thinking about Project Cost Management of the Whole-course Construction
Abstract：Some measures were proposed in response to some of the major problems with the current cost management in the whole-course construction,and a special cost management program was provided.It was also pointed out that the strengthening of cost management in the construction stage is a necessary trend of development.
