Molecular Phylogenetic Analysis of Dioscorea Opposita
Abstract：With genome and chloroplast DNA taken as template,Dioscorea opposita 18S rDNA and chloroplast 16S rDNA fragments were amplified.A 1646bp Dioscorea opposita 18S rDNA（JF703101） and a 1351bp chloroplast 16S rDNA（JF703100） were sequenced and submitted to GenBank.Analysis of the two fragments with related sequences in GenBank shows that greater similarity lies in 18S rDNA,while chloroplast 16S rDNA has a good potential in Phylogenetic analysis of species in different family.The paper provides data for further research of Dioscorea opposita in molecular level.
