Design of 1-wire Temperature Acquisition Based on VB
Abstract：A kind of temperature acquisition system was designed to improve the the common thermocouples of the Mine Grouting Method, thus achieving multi-point temperature acquisition and sending the data through the serial port to a computer display. Temperature sensors are connected by 1-wire, PC programming is designed with VB, MScomm of VB is used to make comunication between PC and MCU. This system uses common STC89C54RD＋ MCU, DS18B20 temperature sensor. 1602LCD is used to show temperature in MCU system. With the help of RS485 wire and digital sensors, the use of expensive hong copper wires can be avoided, the temperature measurement system can be simplified, and at the same time the cost can be reduced greatly. Good result has been gained in the disaster management of well wall breaking with the ground reinforcement method.
