Application of Administrative Records in Census Quality Evaluation
Abstract：A dual system estimator was established based on capture-recapture model. And a simulation of population estimate was conducted by means of the census and post-enumeration survey system, and census and administrative records system. The results show that estimates of the true population are different according to different system data sources. The article points out the current use of census and administrative records system has its advantages.
