The Influence of Welding Process on Mechanical Property and Metallurgical Structure of Weld Joint for Austenite-ferrite Duplex Stainless Steel
Abstract：The influence of welding procedure on the metallurgical structure and mechanical property for S31803 duplex stainless steel was analyzed.The results show that the weld joint welded separately by GTAW and SMAW can acquire a good ratio of phase and corrosion resistant ability,and the joint welded by GTAW had a better corrosion resistant ability and comprehensive mechanical property,yet the low-temperature impact for joint welded by SMAW wasn＇t satisfying.
