Abstract:The workability, rheological properties, mechanical properties, and durability of C50 segmental concrete were inves-tigated under the condition of compounding two types of composite amino alcohol rust inhibitors(R1,R2)with two types of poly-carboxylic acid-based water reducers(W1,W2),and a correlation analysis was conducted. The results show that the effects of cor-rosion inhibitors R1 and R2 on the slump, expansion and setting time of concrete are different, which is mainly related to the dif-ferent components of alcohol amine corrosion inhibitors. The two kinds of corrosion inhibitors will increase the yield stress and plastic viscosity of concrete, but their action mechanisms are different. The emptying time can characterize the rheological properties of concrete to a certain extent.Compared with concrete only mixed with superplasticizer, the 1 d-compressive strength of concrete can be increased by 7.8%~10.3%,and there is no adverse effect on the 56 d-compressive strength. The dynamic elastic modulus of 1 d can be increased by 6.7%~10.2%,and the 56 d-electric flux of concrete can be reduced by 6.3%~23.8%.Among them, the effect of corrosion inhibitor R2 is better.
