Abstract:Using anatase nano-TiO2 as the photocatalytic component,a photocatalytic inorganic artificial stone was prepared by embedding the catalyst into the matrix via an internal doping method. The photocatalytic performance was systematically evaluated through degradation experiments of methylene blue solution and formaldehyde gas under visible light irradiation. Results demonstrate that the degradation efficiency of methylene blue reached 85.6%at a TiO2 dosage of 7.5%,while the formaldehyde degradation ef-ficiency was 68.3%at a 5.0%dosage,retaining over 95%of its initial efficiency after six months of service.Surface glossiness analysis revealed that matte finishes significantly enhanced early-stage reaction rates due to higher light absorption. The material exhibits efficient pollutant degradation and long-term stability.
