Abstract:Numerical simulation techniques were employed to construct stress-performance models for both prefabricated ex-panded clay aggregate concrete composite slabs and conventional concrete composite layers.Stress distribution under identical load-ing conditions was analyzed to reveal their stress mechanisms, with particular emphasis on changes of key parameters such as de-flection and ultimate bearing capacity.Under a 45 kN load, the deflection of the lightweight aggregate concrete composite slab was approximately 8 mm,while that of the ordinary concrete composite layer was 9.5 mm.The overall average ultimate bearing capacity of the lightweight aggregate slab was 312.5 kN,12.1%higher than that of the ordinary slab.Stress distribution was more uniform, with no significant concentration phenomena. In practical engineering applications, prefabricated expanded clay aggregate concrete composite slabs exhibit superior load-bearing performance and are suitable for engineering promotion.
