Abstract:This study investigates the effects of incorporating lithium slag powder, silica fume, and mineral powder into grout materials on their fluidity, autogenous shrinkage, chloride ion permeability, compressive strength and microstructure. The results indi-cate that the addition of mineral powder enhances fluidity, with initial and 30 min fluidity increasing by 3.6%and 5.8%compared with the control group at a 15%dosage.Adding lithium slag powder to grout mixes delivers shrinkage-compensating micro-expan-sion,the 28 d autogenous shrinkage drops to just two-thirds of the reference mix at 15%addition.When the silica fume and lithi-um slag powder dosages are 5%and 10%,the 28 d compressive strength increases by 13.7%,electric flux reduces by 29.6%.Solid waste-based admixtures can optimize the hydration process of the grout, refine the internal structure of cement paste, and promote the formation of a denser cement matrix.
