Abstract:Against the backdrop of low-carbon development in concrete and the resource utilization of limestone powder, this study explores the feasibility of preparing concrete with high limestone powder content.By incorporating various proportions of fly ash and slag powder into the limestone powder, the effects on the workability, mechanical properties, and long-term performance of C45 concrete were investigated. The results indicate that the ternary blend system comprising 22.5%limestone powder,4.5%fly ash,and 3.0%slag powder significantly enhances concrete workability by leveraging the synergistic effects of mineral admixtures.Compared to the pure cement control group,it reduces 28 d compressive strength by only 10.5%,this achieves the goal of producing C45 concrete with high-volume limestone powder incorporation, while simultaneously decreasing the 90 d shrinkage rate by 11%relative to the test group with 30.0%limestone powder dosage. These findings provide valuable references for the large-scale application of limestone powder content in concrete.
