Research on the application of gypsum based self-leveling surface tiling ceramic tiles

Abstract：Taking the gypsum-based self-leveling-tile adhesive interface system as the research object,the influence of differ-ent ages on the bonding strength of the system was compared between the untreated gypsum-based self-leveling floor base and the base treated with polymer lotion interface agent and two-component interface agent before tiling.The results show that the average bonding strength of the system after the two-component interfacial agent treatment at the age of 180 days is 0.94 MPa,which is 123.81%higher than the average bonding strength of the untreated system,and the improvement is significantly greater than that of the lotion interface agent.SEM analysis results show that there are hydration products,polymer interweaving,and chemical bonding between the two-component interface agent and gypsum based self-leveling and ceramic tile adhesive,forming a tooth shaped inter-laced organic-inorganic composite network structure.The microstructure is denser and can significantly improve the interfacial bond-ing strength.
