Research on concrete quality improvement technology in Beijing-Xiong'an transit express line

Abstract：Good concrete appearance quality can enhance the architectural image.Aiming to improve the performance of con-crete in the Beijing-Xiong'an Fast Rail Line Section 2(referred to as the Jingxiong Line),different concrete mix ratios were designed to study the impact of formwork and release agent types on the concrete's appearance.The results show that the introduction of limestone powder can effectively improve the workability of concrete.Concrete specimens formed with oil-based release agents exhib-ited larger grayscale values than those formed with water-based release agents,leading to a lighter apparent color.The introduction of limestone powder also reduced the grayscale coefficient of variation by no less than 20%,improving the apparent uniformity.Addition-ally,the concrete specimens formed using steel formwork showed less impact on the grayscale coefficient of variation compared to those formed with wood formwork,with fewer apparent holes.It is recommended to use a combination of steel formwork/oil-based re-lease agent or wood formwork/water-based release agent to enhance the optimization of concrete's appearance forming effect.
