Abstract:This paper studies the influence of fly ash and mineral powder on concrete performance by designing the mix pro-portion of concrete with large amount of mineral admixtures for P·Ⅰ52.5 cement. The results show that by taking advantage of the high strength properties of P·Ⅰ52.5 cement, the amount of admixtures in concrete can be further increased and the total amount of cementitious materials and cement can be reduced; As the amount of admixture increases, the alkalinity of concrete gradually decreas-es;Through accelerated carbonation tests,it is known that when the strength is basically the same, the carbonation depth of high content mineral admixture concrete is not much different from that of ordinary concrete, but the color development has a lag and the color brightness is insufficient.Under standard curing condition, the strength of concrete with large amounts of mineral admixtures will continue to increase after 28 days.Standard curing for 360 days can increase the strength by 52.6%compared with 28 days; When the total amount of admixture is 60%,the compressive strength of concrete at 360 days increased by 52.6%compared to 28 days; However, under natural curing conditions, the decrease in strength caused by the increase in admixture content can lead to deeper carbonation of concrete, and the calculated rebound strength is significantly lower than the measured compressive strength.
