Abstract:This article explores the changes in high-temperature stability,low-temperature crack resistance, and water stability performance of permeable asphalt concrete under short-term erosion of different concentrations of sulfate and chloride salts through the preparation of optimized cold mix permeable asphalt concrete, and through rutting tests, small beam low-temperature bending tests, and freeze-thaw splitting tests.Exploring the effect of salt corrosion on the durability performance of permeable asphalt concrete through wet dry cycle tests. The experimental results show that under short-term salt corrosion, the degree of influence on the perfor-mance of permeable asphalt concrete is in descending order:low temperature crack resistance>water stability>high temperature stabili-ty.The mass of permeable asphalt concrete will experience an increase and then decrease with the increase of dry wet cycle times, while mass in chloride will continue to decrease.Under dry wet cycle salt corrosion, chloride of the same concentration will deterio-rate the concrete faster and cause greater damage than sulfate.
