Abstract:A dry and wet-high-low-temperature-compound salt erosion system was established based on the on-site climate characteristics and erosion environment characteristics of saline soil in western China, and the influence of different water-binder ratios on concrete properties under this system were studied. The results show that with the increase of erosion cycles, the mass loss rate of concrete increases, the relative dynamic elastic modulus decreases, and saturated surface-dry water absorption rate decreases first and then increases.Reducing the water-binder ratio can significantly improve the mechanical properties of concrete, after four erosion cycles, the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of concrete with a water-binder ratio of 0.35 have the smallest decrease, which are 21.89%and 24.19%.As the water-binder ratio decreases, the volume fraction of harmless gel pores of concrete gradually increases, and the volume fractions of porosity, capillary pores and macropores gradually decrease. The content of hydration products Ca(OH)2 gradually decreases with the increase of erosion cycles, and the content of erosion products gradually increases, and gradually accumulates in the micro-cracks and pores inside the concrete, resulting in serious deterioration of the concrete.
