Abstract:The effects of polyester fiber content and length on the unconfined compressive strength, splitting tensile strength and mass loss of polyester fiber foam concrete with a wet unit weight of 800 kg/m3 were studied under the condition of dry wet cyclic erosion of 5%sulfate solution. And the durability of polyester fiber foam concrete is studied in combination with the apparent morphology after erosion. The results show that polyester fiber has a significant effect on improving the mechanical properties of foam concrete and weakening sulfate attack, and the optimization effect of polyester fiber with a length of 6 mm is the best. The durability deterioration model of polyester fiber foam concrete was established based on Weibull distribution function, and the service life of corroded foam concrete was predicted.Among them, the polyester fiber foam concrete with a length of 6mm and a volume content of 0.15%has a stable appearance during the erosion cycle, and the mechanical properties decay slowly, the predicted service life is the longest, reaching 68 cycles.
