Abstract:The study investigated the effects of shrinkage-reducing hydration temperature rise inhibitor(SRT)on the base properties of ultra long concrete, temperature rise of cementitious mortar, self generated volumetric deformation and temperature stress, and studied its engineering application. The results showed that compared with the reference group, the 3-day compressive strength of concrete mixed with 0.5%,1.0%,and 1.5%SRT decreased by 10.2%,15.1%,and 21.5%,respectively,and the 56 day compressive strength decreased by 3.5%,9.3%,and 6.5%,respectively,the autogenous shrinkage reduction of concrete is 7.4%,36.7%,and 46.8%,respectively.SRT had little effect on the air content and compatibility of concrete, had a weak water-reducing effect, and the setting time was prolonged with an increase in the mixing amount. The temperature rise value of 1.0%SRT temper-ature stress test is reduced by 2.9℃,the autogenous shrinkage reduction rate is 40.2%,and the comprehensive temperature reduc-tion difference is 15.3℃smaller than the benchmark group,1.0%SRT in C35 concrete can significantly reduce the number of cracks in the ultra-long underground concrete facade(118 m),and the comprehensive temperature reduction difference is reduced by 9.9℃compared with that of the blank section, and the safety coefficient of cracking is increased by 30.6%.
