Study on preparation conditions of high performance single component polyurethane waterproofing coating

Abstract：The influences of the factors on thermal aging-resistance and water resistance of single component polyurethane wa-terproofing coating were respectively investigated focusedly using monofactor analysis,including constitution and content of prepoly-mer,type and content of plasticizer and latent curing agent content.And those factors above were further optimized and assembled.Thus,a kind of high performance single component polyurethane waterproofing coating was prepared.The results showed that strength tensile retention rates of coating films after being thermal aged for 7 and 14 days were both higher than 100%,and the bonding strength retention rate of the coating was higher than 90%after water immersion treatment.The optimum preparation con-ditions were polyether mass ratio(2000D/EP-3050)of 3/1,prepolymer content of 35%,DOTP content of 10%and latent curing a-gent content of 1.8%.Content of 0.50%gaseous silica and 0.12%salicylic acid added in could render this coating great storage stability under high temperature circumstances.
