Research and application analysis of starch based chemical admixtures in the concrete industry

Abstract：With the development requirements of a low-carbon circular economy,the traditional concrete chemical admixture industry will usher in new changes,especially the trend of using renewable resource starch as raw material to replace petrochemical raw materials.Therefore,the article reviews the preparation methods,mechanisms,and performance evaluations of starch-based poly-carboxylate superplasticizers,viscosity regulators,water absorbents,and hydration temperature rise inhibitors synthesized from starch raw materials both domestically and internationally.On this basis,the problems faced by starch-based chemical additives were dis-cussed,and providing prospects for its development,applicatiom,and evalnation standarol system.
