Abstract:Iron tailings sand(ITS)was used to replace natural sand, mixed with basalt fiber(BF)with 0%,0.1%,0.2%and 0.3%volume fractions, and the recycled concrete(RAC)with strength grade C30 was tested.Conduct rapid freeze-thaw cycle tests to study the variation of mass loss rate, relative dynamic elastic modulus and compressive strength under different ITS substitution rates and different BF dosages. The regression analysis of the BF-ITS-RAC freeze-thaw cycle data was carried out by the dynamic modulus of elasticity as an indicator, and its service life in the freezing and thawing environment of the northwest cold region was predicted. The results showed that the BF-ITS-RAC prepared with a BF content of 0.1%and an ITS substitution rate of 40%had the best frost resistance, with a mass loss rate of only 0.8%after 100 freeze-thaw cycles,a relative dynamic elastic modulus of 93%,and a compressive strength reduction of only 17.7%.The quadratic and exponential regression models predicted the longest service life, reaching 31.2 and 31.1 years, respectively.
