Abstract:The performance of ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC)under different water cement ratios(0.16~0.22)was studied by replacing all quartz sand with ceramic recycled sand. The results show that under the same fluidity(210±10 mm),the water reducing agent dosage of UHPC matrix prepared with ceramic sand is 0.2~1.1 percent points higher than that of quartz sand;the 28 d compressive strength is increased by 1.36%~4.08%,the flexural strength is increased by 1.19%~13.94%,and the advantage of the 28 d strength is gradually significant with the increase of water-to-binder ratios;and the 72 h autogenous shrinkage after final setting was reduced by approximately 50%.The lightweight and high strength of ceramic sand, with its porous surface and ink-bottle pore structure, optimized the interfacial transition zone and exerted an internal curing effect, which is the main reason for its performance improvement. The study demonstrates that ceramic recycled sand serves as an excellent UHPC aggregate, effectively enhancing mechanical properties and mitigating autogenous shrinkage across varying water-to-binder ratios.
