Abstract:Through the pull-out test of external thermal insulation anchor bolts, this paper studies the variation laws of the tensile bearing capacity and displacement of anchor bolts on fly ash brick masonry with different anchoring bases, different anchor-ing depths, and with or without mortar plastering. When the anchoring depth is the same, the relationship between the pull-out bearing capacity of the anchor bolts and the base is as follows:when there is no plastering, the brick base>the mortar base;when there is plastering, the mortar base>the brick base. When the anchoring depth is less than 65 mm,the tensile bearing capacity of the anchor bolts increases with the increase of the anchoring depth, but the growth rate gradually decreases. When the anchoring depth is greater than 65 mm,the growth rate is close to 0.High-strength mortar plastering has a significant effect on improving the tensile bearing capacity. After plastering on the brick and mortar bases,at an anchoring depth of 45~75 mm,the tensile bearing ca-pacity can be increased by 3.26%to 11.87%and 30.37%to 92.24%respectively.With the increase of displacement, the bearing capacity of the anchor bolts is divided into an ascending stage and a descending stage. The displacement when the anchor bolts reach the maximum bearing capacity is positively correlated with the tensile bearing capacity of the anchor bolts. The empirical formula for the ultimate bearing capacity of external thermal insulation anchor bolts and the fitting formula for the load-displace-ment relationship are given.
