Prefabricated reinforced concrete exterior wall panel insulation construction technology in severe cold areas

Abstract：In order to improve the thermal insulation effect of prefabricated reinforced concrete exterior wall panels in severe cold areas,the thermal insulation project of a neighborhood in Harbin area is taken as an example to study the thermal insulation construction technology of prefabricated reinforced concrete exterior wall panels in severe cold areas.The cleaned wall grass-roots level is operated such as wall surface degreasing and grass-roots leveling,and the wall grass-roots level is treated with waterproof-ing.Adopt multi-layer thermal insulation technology and laminated anti-vibration waterproofing membrane to enhance the thermal insulation effect,connect the thermal insulation board with the exterior wall panel by anchoring and bonding and combining,and make sure that the number of anchor bolts per unit area is sufficient and reasonably distributed.Use reinforced mesh cloth to re-pair the joints of the insulation boards,wall corners and holes,and other nodes,and add a waterproof layer,and use plastering mor-tar for the construction of the protective layer,to improve the anti-cracking performance and stability of the insulation boards.
