Abstract:In order to investigate the effect of composite keyway surface form and shear reinforcement reinforcement rate on the shear performance of new and old concrete bond surface, six specimens with different construction parameters were designed for shear tests, and the damage morphology,load-slip curves, ultimate shear capacity, residual shear capacity, and shear strength of the specimens were investigated. The results show that:composite keyway specimens first appeared diagonal cracks in the root region of the keyway, but when the final damage, the main crack direction is along the vertical bond surface, showing obvious brittle dam-age characteristics;when the shear reinforcement ratio is 0.25%,the ultimate shear capacity of the composite keyway specimen is 39%higher than that of the rough specimen;when the shear reinforcement ratios of the old and the new concrete bond surfaces are the same, the form of the bond surface is preferred to use the composite keyway surface;in the range of 0.25%to 0.39%to increase the shear reinforcement rate, composite keyway surface shear performance enhancement effect is significant.
