Abstract:The pore structure of fibre-reinforced foam geopolymer and its relationship with thermal conductivity were analysed and studied in conjunction with dry density, compressive strength, thermal conductivity and MIP and XCT tests. The results showed that the characteristic pore sizes of each specimen in the range of gel pores and capillary pores were similar when the fibre dop-ing was 0~0.500%,and the introduction of fibres significantly increased the proportion of capillary pores. The macropore porosity decreased and then increased with fibre doping, and the macropore porosity of the un-doped fibre,fibre-doped 0.25%,and fibre-doped 0.500%specimens were 56.89%,50.58%,and 60.25%,respectively.After fibre doping the small volume porosity decreases and the large volume porosity increases. The thermal conductivity increases and then decreases with fibre doping, and the highest thermal conductivity is 0.211 W/(m·K)at 0.250%fibre doping, and the lowest is 0.125 W/(m·K)in un-doped fibre specimens.
