Abstract:Three-dimensional simulation of the heat flow of the sandwich thermal insulation facade under different working conditions was carried out using Fluent software and compared with the experimental test results. The results show that under dif-ferent working conditions, the heat flow increment of FRP connectors and sandwich stainless steel connectors to the system are smaller, under different thermal partition, the smaller the heat transfer coefficient of the external wall, the larger the heat flow incre-ment of the same connector to the system, for the same connector, the change of the temperature difference between the internal and external surfaces in the range of 10~40℃does not have a significant effect on the heat flow, the maximum effect of the connector to the system is not more than 30%.When the thickness of the insulation layer is thin and the number of connectors is small, the error between the simulation results and the test results is within 10%,and as the thickness of the insulation layer becomes thicker and the number of connectors increases, the error gradually increases but still remains within 20%.
